Bookwise Appointments Suite - Appointment Booking with Payments, Text Messages and Google Calendar

What is included

All features work without a license key. The key is optional and is only used for support and update eligibility; there is no activation requirement.

💳 Online payments (Stripe)

Charge the full price or a deposit when the customer books. They pay on Stripe's own page, so card details never touch your site. Unpaid times are held for a while, then released.

📱 Text messages (Twilio)

Confirmation and reminder texts to customers who ticked the consent box, 24 hours and 1 hour before by default.

📅 Google Calendar sync

Pushes bookings to each staff member's Google Calendar and imports Google busy times to block availability. Changes made in Google are not synced back to Bookwise.

🏷️ Discount codes

Percent or fixed amount off, with a usage limit, valid dates and an optional list of services.

📝 Intake questions

Extra questions per service (text, long text, choice list, checkbox). The answers appear on the booking and in the booking e-mails.

📆 Special days

Different hours, or a day off, for one date for one staff member, next to weekly hours and time off.

The same foundation as the free plugin: services, staff, working hours, time zones, protection against double bookings, e-mails and reminders, customer cancel and reschedule links, admin bookings list and calendar, privacy tools. Your data is shared between the two plugins, so switching keeps everything. Only one of the two can be active at a time.

Outside services, only when you turn them on

✅ Stripe, Twilio and Google are contacted only after you enter your own credentials for that feature.
✅ Passwords, keys and tokens are stored encrypted on your site.
✅ With no license key entered, the plugin makes no request to 007aj.com at all. The key is optional and is only used for support and update eligibility; there is no activation requirement.
✅ No tracking, no analytics, no advertising.
