Tips for getting the most from Bookwise Appointments

Set realistic buffers between appointments so staff have time to reset, and use minimum notice to stop last-minute bookings you can’t prepare for. Turn on the 24-hour reminder, because it’s the simplest way to cut no-shows. If your team works across time zones, set each person’s own zone so their hours display correctly. Test a booking yourself from a phone before you share the page.

Can two people book the same slot?

No. Bookings are re-checked at the moment they’re saved, so a slot can’t be taken twice.

Do reminder emails need an outside service?
