💰 Ways to make money
A community people visit every day is a money machine. Yours gives you several income streams from day one:
Paid membership
Sell a monthly or yearly paid membership with a profile badge, more communities and bigger uploads. Members pay by card through your own Stripe account and renew automatically.
Paid awards
Members buy awards to give to great posts. Every award is paid straight to your Stripe account, and awards keep people posting.
Ad space
A busy discussion site gets daily page views. Add your own ad code, such as AdSense, or sell banner space directly to local businesses and brands.
Sponsored communities
Sell sponsorship of whole communities or pinned posts to brands that want to reach a topic audience, like a gear shop sponsoring c/hiking.
Affiliate links
Recommendation threads are perfect for affiliate links to books, gear and products your members already ask about.
Build communities for clients
Set up communities for towns, clubs, schools, brands and fan groups and charge for setup, hosting and care.
Launch the same day
One-click install builds every page and menu and loads sample communities, posts and comments, so you can launch, show it or sell it the same day.
