What is included

Every feature is included and ready to use as soon as you install and activate the plugin. There is nothing to enter or register.

🧩 Multi-step forms

Split a form into steps with page breaks and a progress bar or step list.

🔀 Conditional logic

Show or hide fields based on answers. The same rules are applied again on the server, so a hidden field is not required and its value is not saved.

📎 File uploads

Accept files with an allowed-type list and a size limit you set. Files are stored in a folder under your uploads folder and are removed when the entry is deleted.

🧮 Calculations

Fields that add, subtract, multiply and divide other fields. The result is calculated again on the server when the form is submitted.

🎯 Quizzes

Mark answers as correct, set points and a pass mark, and show or email the score with merge tags.

💳 Stripe and PayPal payments

Add a payment field. The visitor is sent to Stripe or PayPal to pay, and the entry stays Pending payment until the payment is confirmed. You use your own Stripe or PayPal account.

📬 Notifications and routing

Send more than one email per form and add recipients depending on an answer.

🔗 Webhooks and email marketing

Send completed submissions to webhook URLs you enter (optionally signed with an HMAC), or add the subscriber to Mailchimp, ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign or Brevo with your own API key.

📋 Entry tools

Star and read status, notes, status filters, bulk actions and CSV export. Optional partial entries.

📢 Lead-capture popups

Show a form in a modal or slide-in. Timed, scroll, exit-intent, immediate or click triggers, page and device targeting, frequency limits, optional A/B text test and impression and conversion counts.

🛡️ Extra spam protection

Blocked IP addresses and ranges, a country filter that reads your CDN's country header, and an optional Akismet check if the Akismet plugin is installed and connected.

The same foundation as the free Pipeline Forms plugin: the drag-and-drop builder, templates, shortcode and block, entries with search and CSV export, the email notification, confirmation message or redirect, and the honeypot, time trap, rate limit and optional captcha. Both plugins use the same forms and entries, so switching keeps them. Only one Pipeline Forms plugin can be active at a time.

Outside services, only when you set them up

✅ Stripe, PayPal, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, Brevo, Akismet, a captcha provider and your webhook URLs are contacted only when you configure that feature and a visitor submits a form that uses it.
✅ Entries, uploaded files and settings stay in your own WordPress site. The plugin sets no cookies. Popups keep their display counters in the visitor's browser storage.
✅ The plugin makes no request to 007aj.com.
✅ No tracking, no analytics, no advertising.
