Add, reorder and edit fields in the builder. Up and down buttons are provided for keyboard users. Start from a template or a blank form.
Single line text, paragraph, dropdown, multiple choice, checkboxes, number, hidden, name, email, phone, website and a consent checkbox. Each can be required and has a label, placeholder, description and CSS class.
Submissions are saved in your own WordPress database. List, search, filter by date, view, delete and export to CSV.
An email to the address you choose, with merge tags and an optional Reply-To set from the visitor's email field.
Nonce check, honeypot, minimum time before submit, rate limit, and an optional Google reCAPTCHA v2 or hCaptcha.

Forms and entries are stored in your own WordPress database. The plugin makes no requests to 007aj.com, sets no cookies and does not track visitors. The only outside service it can contact is the optional captcha (Google reCAPTCHA or hCaptcha), and only if you choose one and switch it on for a form. Read the External Services & Data section of the documentation for details.
Requires WordPress 6.2 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer. Tested with WordPress 7.1.
